Defective Cartridge.

HP Recommended
HP ENVY 4520
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Received a bad cartridge in the mail and have been ordering black ink cartridges to replace the one that was damaged.

Only now getting around to asking for support months later to get this fixed so the one that the system currently believes should be in the printer (the damaged one) is removed and have a new one sent so I can stop having this issue and switching to color.  

any moderators that can assist?
greatly appreciated

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
