I purchased a black and a color ink cartridge on 10/1/19 at Target. Went home and installed them immediately and the black cartridge did not work. I did not receive an error. I attempted to return the defective cartridge back to Target, but they said their policy is they can not accept the open product back. I did not want my money back, just a functional ink cartridge. Since Target would not honor an exchange, I had attempted to dispute the charge on by card. Since that has failed, my question is, how do I get a working ink cartridge for the $39.99 product I payed for? The color cartridge works as expected. I have never had an ink cartridge be defective before.
