I installed new Instant Ink cartridges and the print quality of the black cartridge is very poor. I tried cleaning printheads, re-aligning, verified the printer firmware is current and everything else suggested by the virtual agent and the Smart App. Nothing improved the quality. I put the old cartridge back in and it prints fine. The new black cartridge appears to be defective. Please help.
