Defective Instant Ink Cartridge

I have HP Instant Ink but the new Y cartridge is defective and the printer doesn't like it - gives error message "remove and reinstall indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed".  If I reinstall the old depleted cartridge the error goes away but if I reinstall the new one the error message comes up again.  WOuld seem to indicate the cartridge is defective.  How do I get a replacement?

HI I reported exactly the same problem on this forum 3 days ago. Turned out the new Hp colour ink cartridge was defective. Like you when i put the old depleted cartridge back in the error disappeared. Hp sent me a private message to offer help and they arranged for a new colour cartridge to be sent out. I've read a few others are having same issue so must be a faulty batch of cartridges.
