Defective Instant Ink Cartridge
I installed new Instant Ink cartridges and the black cartridge is not communicating anymore I tried cleaning printheads, re-aligning, verified the printer firmware is current and everything else suggested by the virtual agent and the Smart App. Nothing worked! I put the old cartridge back in and it prints fine. The new black cartridge appears to be defective. Please help.

I installed a new instant ink black cartridge yesterday and after many attempts it did not print ink. Wasted 10 pages of my allocation to print black ink. Reinserted the old black cartridge and the printer produced ink. Colour cartridge is working satisfactory. How can I obtain a replacement black cartridge under warranty. Thank you in advance.
