My ink ran out about 10 days ago. I mistakenly thought as I paid for instant ink a shipment would arrive. Try to troubleshoot and I get a message saying cartridge is defective. Remove and clean cartridge, update printer and try and request ink. Still same problem. I now have no black ink and no way of getting in touch with anyone. Virtual agent takes me through the same questions with no resolution. I have had no ink for 10 days. I’m working from home so are my children and we cannot print. Virtual agent is useless and can not connect to an actual person. Have been paying for instant ink for over a year now and now when I need a cartridge this error message suddenly appeared!
