HP 62 instant ink

I received a defective black ink cartridge and can't find a number to notify HP Instant Ink to get a replacement.

Defective ink cartridge

I have issues with a defect colour ink cartridge as it reads low on ink but hasn’t been used. I can only use the printer if I put my old colour cartridge back and chose black only. Pls advise as it’s driving me mad
