I've been sent a defective cartridge and have been through all the steps that the Virtual Agent offers from my Instant Ink account page, none of it has worked and I have been advised by the Virtual Agent to get a replacement cartridge. However, when it tries to connect me to an agent it says Instant Ink support UK is currently closed. I've tried at last of different times of the day. It seems that there's no email address either. So how do I get a replacement cartridge? I feel like I'm going crazy!
