I participate in hp instant ink and have been satisfied up to now. I have a black cartridge that was working but now stopped a aying there is a problem with the blk cartridge. Cartridge not communicating correctly with printer.
I went thru all the trouble shooting procedures to attempt to fix the problem with no luck. Tried several times. I can put in my depleted cartridge and the error goes away, so I'm sure the o e with the ink is defective.
Problem is I have some important documents that I need to print. I find nowhere in the instant ink where I can request a new cartridge to replace the bad one.
Can you help???

I was able to finally get hold of hp instant ink via phone number and was able to resolve the issue. The black cartridge was indeed defective, and a new one was immediately sent out and arrived today. The trouble shooting instructions online with hp ink were good and I went thru them all several times before I came upon the phone number for support. Since all the trouble shooting had already been done, they just needed a little information, and we were done. I appreciate your help in this group, problem has been solved.
