Delete a printer I no longer have from account

I am getting billed for a printer I no longer have on the instant ink program. I cannot provide a serial number to get any product support to help. I want to delete this printer but it will not let me.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
