If you are referring to HP instant ink, account. Please follow this link and try the suggested steps - How to cancel your HP Instant Ink account| HP printers | HP | HP Support 

 

You may refer to this document - Instant Ink account management | HP® Support

To delete or deactivate your HP account, follow these steps:
Visit the HP Account Page: Go to the HP account home page and scroll to the very bottom.

Privacy Statement: Click on the "Privacy Statement" link.

Contacting Us: Scroll down to section 10 titled "Contacting us & How To Make a Complaint".

HP Privacy Office: Click on the link to the HP Privacy Office.

Privacy Feedback Form: Complete the form and select the option to delete the account.
