Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

Hi I moved from Toronto to Austin. I want to keep my instant Ink program but the HPsmart app doesn't allow me to change my address. It says I have to delete my current account and setup a new account. I am not sure how to do that. Could someone gives me some instructions please?
