Hello,a few years ago I bought an Envy 6000series printer in France.I made a HP smart account and had an inkjet monthly subscription.Meanwhile I changed the country,I left France and moved to Romania.I tried for about 7 months to find a solution to renew my subscription to Romania for the inkjet account but whenever I try to connect to my account I'm directly switched to my french account and I can't do anything to change that.How can I do to fix that?Can someone directly delete my french account to be able to remake another one for Romania?Or should I directly throw to garbage my printer and buy another brand?Thanks,Gabriel.
