I have two printers with the ink delivery system, however they have not sent me the color cartridge for one of them. How can I request the shipment?

To assist better:
- May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
- Are you enrolled in the HP Instant Ink program? ( if so please send the instant Ink details in a private message )
