I recently reactivated my printer but cant seem to undo the configuration from the previous network provider SSID still showing as configured to old provider have tried to get virtual help and phone help but to no avail. yet you are still charging me for instantink took out twice in last week from my account. Cant even print/copy/scan etc. Please advise how to change settings and reconfigure to new provider undo previous provider.

update i managed to rid of previous provider attached to printer. However i cant get it to connect to my new network provider get as far as test page it fails says network error. diagnostic results not connecting to network fail, says inconsitent with wireless router.
It is recognising printer now it wasnt before.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
