Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My DeskJet 2632 printer was working fine after a month period of being switched off. I had reconnected it to the same network but after printing a multi page document it is now offline and won’t connect to Instant Ink. The printer is flashing with the ‘Not Enrolled’ icon and HP Smart says 'Incompatible Cartridge' while none of the control panel buttons respond. The ink levels were close to full before this happened too.

 

Wireless icon is continuous blue light and when I look at the printer status it is connected to the correct/same network. I have spent time doing ALL the recommended troubleshooting.

 

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
