HP DeskJet 2652 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP DeskJet 2652 will not connect to the internet. WiFi button is blinking.  Information button and instant ink icon also blinking.  I am thinking the Information button and instant ink icons are also blinking because the printer cannot connect to the internet to provide data to HP regarding instant ink.

This printer was previously connected and did print.  Wireless modem and router changed, so I'm trying to reconnect. I've tried everything in the Wireless Quick Start Guide multiple times.  Nothing seems to work.

@Frustrated2652, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that you are trying to connect the printer to the new wireless network.

You may use the WPS button to connect the printer.

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document -  Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

  • Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.

You may also refer to - HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network) and HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

Use the HP Smart app to print.

For more info on blinking lights, refer to - Blinking lights

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
