Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,  my Color Cartridge has an error and appears to be empty, the orange light blinks steadily and the picture appears empty.  I have tried all the things.  There is ink in it, but it will not work.  The Customer service in Instant ink is non existent.  Someone? Anyone?  Help
