I'm trying to print a color copy but the magenta isn't showing up. Other colors will print. For example, if there's a purple object, only the cyan will show up on the page. The ink icon shows that the cartridge is still half full, and according to our Instant Ink account, we're not allowed a new color cartridge yet. Can someone help me figure this out?

The good thing about an Instant Ink Subscription is, at least during business days / hours, you have someone you can ask for help.
The cartridge is perhaps clogged or otherwise damaged.
If the usual cleaning -- or two or three attempts -- do not fix the ink, contact Instant Ink Support and ask for help.
