Product: Deskjet 2130

Hi, I have a problem with my Deskjet 2130 printer. I've been using 302 cartridge with this printer. Now, I have tried 123 cartridge, but the light is blinking and the system says that no cartridge has been installed. Is 123 cartridge incompatible with Deskjet 2130?

Where are you typing from? We can search for more information if you tell the product number (you can find it in the back side of the printer, a short combination of letters and numbers, 

 

You can't switch cartridges that easily. They have regions. There is a procedure to change the region of the printer so it can read the cartridges you have right now. For that, you must contact your country's HP support team. You will probably need 123 and the old cartridges to complete the procedure with the team

The serial number is [edited]. I bought it in Montenegro. Now, I am in Russia. They sell only 123 cartridge for this printer in Russia. So, which support team should I contact? The Russian team?
