I own 2 HP printers. One—a 2855—is enrolled in Instant Ink. It lives downstairs .The other—a Deskjet 3755—lives upstairs, and it recently came off the Instant Ink plan. It now flashes orange lamps and won’t allow a print job. It has fresh ink (the correct HP brand). Attempted all the button-pushing from a printout of the Troubleshooting Guide. No response. How do I print from this printer?

Is this where I'm supposed to reply? There is no private message icon next to my Profile name on the HP Support Community web page. I'm using an iPad in hoizontal configuration. Perhaps that affects the HP page layout? Thank you.
