HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Deskjet 3835 printer recently moved from ME country to India , on change of Cartridge from 652 to HP680 it is displaying error. Did  some web search and came to know the requirement for regionalization requirement for India .

was not able to connect with HP support so need your help so that i don't waste my cartridge purchased today as it was opened and won't be replaced by the outlet.

Please help with resolving the regionalization of printer as i didn't get any other support. I have seen few other community memebers facing same issues before and they got assistance  too.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link
