Solved!

Did not receive an inktcartridge

HP Recommended

I did not receive my ink cartridge even though the hp instant ink page says I did. The only way to contact HP for this problem is to chat with the stupidest virtual agent ever or to call and wait an eternity. Is there any other way to receive a new ink cartridge? I have been paying for a few months now not being able to print.

I signed up for instant ink program when I purchased my printer on 28 March 2020.  My account says the introductory cartridge was sent on that date.  I still have not received it and my printer says the black ink is low.  As such I have been limiting print jobs which defeats the purpose.
