I found out I have been being charged since 2021 full price for Instaink and never got the 6 month promotion that came with printer! I enrolled with it and everything and never ever received one free month! So now I shouldn’t have a bill at all and I hp disconnected my ink and won’t let me use it until I pay something that I don’t owe! I have called about this and everything and everyone has been extremely rude and only reads from a script cannot help me beyond what the script says. Also I’ve asked for a member of management about 6 times and keep being told that management isn’t available. They closed my complaint cases as resolved and my issues have never been resolved! I want my account fixed by someone who knows what they’re doing please
