I recently purchased my printer and have received my first Instant Ink Cartridges. I've tried to install the tri-ink cartridge a number of times but all I get on the printer display is 'Cartridge Problem - remove and reinstall the cartridge' I'm no novice at changing cartridges but I cannot press this one in any harder. I've followed the video on the machine, I've contacted the 'Virtual Support' thing. I'm doing all they say and yet I still get the 'Cartridge Problem' message!!
Can anyone suggest a way to do this please? Is there a phone number for HP Tech Support I can ring to actually talk to a person instead of a machine??

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the cartridge error.
To better assist you - Are you getting the cartridge error message with the old ink as well? If the old inks are not giving any error upon installation, try the steps from this document.
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
