Discoloured printing/ negative effect

Hi there. I've had my printer for around 7 months. I have not used it for a couple of months and all my prints have now become discoloured, giving a sort of negative look. I have tried cleaning the cartridges a couple of time and even on the test prints it is showing up very badly. Sometimes it doesn't even print fully. Anyone else had this issue?

Hi,

If the printer is not being used a longer period the liquid ink inside printhead gets dried and all you get is poor print or no print. Replace ink cartridges and your printer will print fine again.
