Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can someone please explain why there is a disconnect between these HP Support websites?

•HP Support Assistant says I am Subscribed to HP Instant Ink.😊

•Instant Ink Status shows account active and delivery imminent Tue 15 May 2022.😊

•My (HP Support) Dashboard says “Not Subscribed to HP Instant Ink”.😞😕

I should add (full disclosure) that my PC "crashed and burned" and I have had to rebuild it from scratch between the inks being ordered and the delivery date, but I would not expect that to impact these websites and, in any event, should they not all be synchronised and tell the same story?
