Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Instant Ink. Check out this link: HP INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER. .

I have been billed $4.30 for the last 6 months. I rarely use the printer and in no way have I used  thus much ink or printed that many pages. Also when I signed up I signed up for the $2.99 plan. Where does the $4.99 come from. I have NEVER had a cartridge delivered except the 1st trial one, which is still in it's original package. I want a refund and a cancellation.

I just reread my original paperwork included with the printer and this small, condensed flyer does not adequately explain the program. First it says I have 6 months free trial, then it makes it seem that I will only pay for ink cartridges when ink runs out. I want to cancel immediately

. Also please explain the billing of $4.30 for a $2.99 plan
