Hi, I'm looking at buying the all in one 2710e printer,  and getting HPInstant Ink, however, does the printer need to be switched on 24/7 and always connected to WiFi for this to work please? 

From the point of view of electric costs and also safety, I turn everything off at night I.e. TV, sockets, oven, kettle etc..and printer! I'd like to know is the 2710E printer and the hpinstant ink subscription still going to work fine if I only turn the printer on when I actually need to use it please. Thanks in advance!
