I signed up for HP Instant ink and I tried to put in the new ink today. I have an HP Envy 4520 printer and was sent a cartridge that says 63/302, but it looks significantly larger than the cartridge that was in there before. Will this work? I have tried putting it in but don't want to force anything for fear of breaking something. Thank you!

Hi,

This is the correct and expected HP Instant Ink Cartridge, such cartridges are bigger than the standard ones by design and compatible with your printer.
