Printer is always problematic and no way to reach anyone for help unless you pay $20 post warranty. My black ink is indicating full but it's not...it's totally empty and no way to order another or reach anyone without paying $20, despite being enrolled in the ink program for $4 a month. I'm throwing my second HP printer in the dumpster and never looking back.
