Don’t let me enroll Hp Instant Ink

I’ll try to enroll HP Instant Ink with Ink plan 4 month trial ends 05/30/2023 and Paper add-on 1 month trial ends 02/28/2023. It’s don’t let me, I don't know why. When I accept the terms of service, It says “theres was a problem finalizing your subscription”.
