Hello I am trying to figure out why I was double billed on 2 different accounts. 1 of them were canceled and still billed from May 2022 to September 2022 when I had a new printer and account set up. how do I get my refund for error billing.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP Instant ink support.
