Hi , I have just bought an ENVY 5055. From what amazon said and the instruction should have instant ink, however when i try to sign in for instant ink that model is not present on the list of printer. what can I do?

In that case, Please select the HP ENVY 5050 Series so it corresponds to the ENVY 5055. That should work out.
