I recently bought an HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 instant ink printer. Setup went smoothly and printed the test paper (pink and black lines). I go to print an actual document (1 page) and when I turned on my printer the screen on it said "ERROR CODE 0XB820ABE0". I tried turning my printer off but the message on the screen doesn't go away (even when its turned off). Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem.

Try the below suggestions-

 

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Remove the ink cartridges, and reset the printer

  1. Remove the ink cartridges from the printer.

  2. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  3. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  4. Wait at least 60 seconds.

  5. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

    NOTE: 

    HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

  6. Turn the printer on.

  7. Reinsert the ink cartridges, and then close the ink cartridge access door.

  8. If you receive a prompt to print a calibration or alignment page, do so.
