I received an ERROR: “cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer…” My black ink cartridge is brand new and when I removed the multicolor ink cartridge the error goes away. I’m enrolled in the monthly program so how do I receive a new color ink cartridge if my printer receives and error for the color ink cartridge?
