HP Deskjet 3730
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, I have a problem preventing me from using my printer HP 3730. The amber light of web services is blinking and printing is not working with instant ink cartridges.

If I go to Instant ink website the printer appears offline, but it's connected to internet and the blue light on network services is steady. I can access the printer via EWS through a browser knowing its IP address. FIrmware is updated to last version LYP1FN2020BR

I followed all the instructions on the forum and all seems to point to the necessity to reset/ cancel the web services. However, when i access the EWS the Webservices information do not appear and the tab is not working (no content is shown).

I'm stuck and cannot use the printer, can anybody help please?

Thanks
