I have been trying to reinstall my printer. This evening I am trying again but I have an EO error. My cartridges are new from HP instant ink installed on Sat. I have reseated them, cleaned them, checked for paper jams everything I can think of. I can't run diagnostics because printer not installed. Please help me!!!!

Error E0

An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge.
This condition occurs when at least one ink cartridge needs attention, is faulty, incorrect, missing, damaged, or incompatible.
Re-seat both ink cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, restart the printer, and replace one or both ink cartridges if necessary.
 
I've sent a request for Review.
Review works but it is not always fast - "we" are not Instant Ink Support.

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error.

An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge.

This condition occurs when at least one ink cartridge needs attention, is faulty, incorrect, missing, damaged, or incompatible. Reseat both ink cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, restart the printer, and replace one or both ink cartridges if necessary.

 

Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

If the issue persists, to assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
