Product: HP ENVY 5010 All-in-One Printer

So having not used the printer for a while, the black is streaking and after literally 6 or 7 clean/deep clean cycles (and 14 or so pages of my allowance) it's still not fixed.  Is there a way to get an early replacement black cartridge or am I stuck burning through my allowance on cleaning cycles wasting paper and ink?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
