I have a subscription to HP Instant Ink. My black ink cartridge is empty but Instant Ink says that it is not and will not send a new one. Yes, I KNOW for a fact that it is empty. I'm not stupid. How do I convince you to send me a new black ink cartridge? I've been paying my subscription but getting nothing in return.

Have you performed all the steps from this document to see if any cartridge errors? If not try and keep me posted.
I will look into this issue.
And also I need a few details regarding your instant ink account.
