Enrolled. How to confirm Instant Ink is being shipped?

Can you confirm that the new printer is enrolled and has ink being shipped on the way? I've just enrolled and the Ink Status page says:

"Your service hasn't started yet."


When clicking through the link, it says:

"Cartridge Error: We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink levels. See details"


Clicking on See details says:

"Either an ink cartridge is not installed or there is an issue with the installed cartridge. Replace or clean the cartridge to resolve the issue—you will not receive ink shipments until the error is resolved. Learn more about cleaning cartridges at Visit the Help Centre or contact HP Support for unresolved issues."


So... are the ink carts on the way, or is something else wrong?

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.


If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
