I'm enrolled currently in HP Instant Ink under the moderate plan of 100 pages per month. The billing for this is supposed to be £3.49 per month. However, I'm being charged £8.50 per month and my bank informed me that there was a charge of this amount declined (£8.50). This is the first time this has happened. Can someone please explain to me why HP is trying to take more than what's agreed upon? Is this some kind of hidden bill? Thanks.
