Product: HP ENVY 4527 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Colour ink level showing about 1/3 but colour no longer prints. Printed poorly, then not at all. Have been enrolled in HP Instant Ink since 2017 - last colour cartridge received in  2019. Black ink cartridge sent last year. I have run all the diagnostics and run printhead cleaning and cartridge cleaning and 'Print Quality Diagnostic' still doesn't show any colour. So I need a new cartridge please as I think this one must have dried out. Current cartridge is 63/302 Tri Colour HP Ink Cartridge.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
