Microsoft Windows 11

So it would appear I am not enrolled in the instant ink anymore. This has highlighted that my inks no longer work. The problems that follow are;

1. When I try to login none of my email addresses are known

2. When I try to create an account my phone number is used somewhere else

3. when creating a new account with the wifes email I need the printer number

4. I cant get the printer number as far as I can see without printing a page

5. I cannot print the page because of the initial problem

So now I am 2 hours down and stuck in an endless loop it would appear that getting hold of anyone to help resolve the situation is also impossible.....

Is there a HP employee that reads these forums? Or do I just need to chuck the printer in the bin and buy a brand that would not lock somebody down in this way?
