Thank you!  I know that the printer shows as being eligible but when I attempt to sign up for Instant Ink (I have another printer already enrolled so am familiar), I first received an error message, and then when I attempted to follow the steps to enroll the printer, I am unable to get the HP ePrint information they require from the printer.  The printer shows that it is set up for web-based printing but there is no HP email address showing, and I'm unable to print anything that shows if there was an HP email address generated when the printer was set up.  Since this is my husband's printer,  I didn't set it up, and I am unable to make changes.  Thank you again for any assistance!

Hi @Tina0610,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an e-print issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
