Hello. I have clicked the link several times and it automatically takes me from the UK ink webpage to the USA webpage. I bought a new printer yesterday and set up with the CD which was also in USA dollars. I registered my address in UK. (I am a previous user as my last printer was HP but without the Instant Ink facility. )

Have you tried checking with a different browser? Does the issue persist?

 

Login to HP connected account, click on the flag icon located at the top right corner and change the country.

 

We do not have the option to change the country of your registered Instant Ink account.

 

If you had to relocate or moved to a different country, you would have to cancel the account and then create a new account for the country you have moved too as long as Instant Ink is available for that country.
