Enrolment issue

Hi,

 

I’ve had my printer a few months and been enrolled on instant ink since day of purchase.

 

Recently on HP smart I get the error message cartridges can’t be used until I’m enrolled. If I sign into Instant Ink it tells me I’m enrolled.

 

I’ve tried all the steps the virtual agent has suggested and I can’t seem to rectify the problem?

 

Any help greatly appreciated.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - 'Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink' Message

 

If the error persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hi,

 

I have tried all that and ended up calling HP Support, the tech help seems to think it is a server problem at your end. He did say he was going to call back with an update yesterday, but he didn’t?

Still no phone call, from HP and still no further answers on my problem.

 

I need my printer daily for work and at the moment I am unable to print anything and wasting my HP Instant Ink subscription!

 

I would be grateful if someone could contact me regarding this.
