Envoy 5020 Will not print

Envoy 5020
macOS 10.12 Sierra

I purchased the envoy 5020 2 months ago and was working ok. Registered it as instructed and started the ink enrolment program. I can no longer print. The printer screen state"Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled on HO instant link. When searching on my PC it states Printer status unknown

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
