Envy 4520 psu blew so instanink replacement procees wouldnt work

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Envy 4520 psu failed so bought HP ENVY Pro 6430 to replace but can't remove 4520 from my account.

Any ideas?! 😁

@GibboS I have a few steps to help resolve this concern, although I needed to know:

  • Did HP send you the replacement printer?
  • Did you purchase a replacement on your own?

Purchased new 6430 myself from Amazon.

I'll try the link you gave later this evening my time and update this thread.

Hi Riddle. 

The 4520 has a failed PSU (not the power cable or mains supply) so it doesn't power on.

Tried both options in your link but it looks like the only way I can take this forward is to delete the new Pro 6430 (not sure that's possible?) & try again - unless HP can delete the dead 4520 from the database? 

Pls advise my options.
