Frustrated - HP site has me going in circles! Haven't used my Envy 5530 in a while. Bought cartridges that were genuine HP, went through steps to replace and get error message saying to contact instantink.com. It won't use the new cartridge to print color so I go buy another one and the same error presents. Once the error displays, there is no route around it unless I remove the color cartridge completely. What do I do on this? Thanks!
